  • How can I pay my bill? We accept cash, cheque and card payment visa, mastercard, e.t.c . Also you can pay online .
  • What should I bring with me if I am going to be admitted to your hospital? You must bring personal hygiene items.

    Your medication recent blood analysis, X-Rays, CT scans.

    Identity card or passport.

    Insurance company contract number if appropriate.

    Medical fund book if appropriate You must avoid bringing jewellery and large amount of money with you.
  • If I need to cancel my surgery or therapy, and I will not be able to come on the day I am scheduled, who do I contact? You may contact the reception of Ygia Polyclinic at least 24 hours before, and we will inform your doctor.
  • Can I be transferred to my destination after my discharge? To go to your destination by ambulance after your discharge, you should contact the Reception office before you leave the hospital, and we will inform you in due time.
  • Can I take my medicines before the surgery? You must clarify with your surgeon if you can take anything by mouth. Usually you should not eat or drink anything on the morning of the operation. If you normally take medication in the morning please inform your doctors prior for instructions.
