Managing facilities through a computerized maintenance and management system, enables us to better control our potentially costly property and facilities operations with greater reporting functionality, thus, enabling our employees at every level to optimize their tasks, thus, reducing maintenance costs.  It helps us streamline asset information collection, dissemination, maintenance, and use, therefore facilitating better planning and analysis.  The efficient sharing of information provides us with a comprehensive view of operations.
