CARDIOLOGY ELECTROPHYSIOLOGIST

Dr. Christos D. Kallianos was born in 1975 in Athens. He has been a Medical Cardiologist since 2012, successfully fulfilling his specialization at the University Hospital of Athens, specializing in interventional electrophysiology at the LYON University Hospital in France and Clinique Pasteur in TOULOUSE, France, one of the largest centers regarding arrhythmia cases in Europe, following a scholarship of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Athens, with postgraduate studies at Master's level in Molecular Medicine, Cardiology Nursing-Intensive Care Units (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), Biostatistics (ASSOE), Management of Health Units (University of West Attica / European University Cyprus), Public Health (European University Cyprus).

In 2015 he obtained a master's degree in cardiac pacemaker and interventional electrophysiology following pan-French examinations at the University of Lyon, and a master's degree in intensive cardiac therapy units following pan-French examinations at the University of Toulouse.

In 2018, he obtained the third in a series of postgraduate studies (it is also a specialization) at the University of Bordeaux in transthoracic, transoesophageal and dynamic with dobutamine echocardiography (newer ultrasound techniques).

He has worked as head of department in public (CENTRE HOSPITALIER DAX COTE D'ARGENT) and private hospitals in France (CLINIQUE SAINT HILAIRE-ESQUIROL AGEN) and Cyprus, as well as in Greece (EVANGELISMOS). He is a member of the electrophysiology and pacing working groups of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology. He is a member of the medical associations of France and Belgium, as well as Greece and Cyprus.
