Dr Serafim Katsavos

Dr. Katsavos has extensive professional experience in the field of neurology. From 2014 to 2022, he served as Consultant Neurologist at the 251 General Air Force Hospital. In 2019, he worked as a Neurologist and Scientific Collaborator at the Institute of Neurology and Genetics in Cyprus, concurrently holding a position as a Neurologist at the Private Polyclinic Agios Georgios in Paphos. Since 2022, he has also been employed as a Neurologist at "Euromedica Athens", where he is responsible for the Special Clinic of Demyelinating Diseases. Dr. Stylianou graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2005 and completed his specialization in Neurology at Aeginiteio Hospital and the 1st University Neurology Clinic of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He obtained his doctoral degree with a thesis on immunogenetic studies of patients with familial forms of multiple sclerosis in the Greek population at the same clinic from 2013 to 2020. He holds certifications from the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Neurological Society, and the Cyprus Medical Association in Nicosia.
