Quality Policy
The Hospital Management is committed to providing healthcare services to patients in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Republic of Cyprus, as required in the provisions of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and the requirements of the clients. To achieve this, the management has developed a Quality Management System in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, which is part of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
The Hospital has documented and standardized its procedures and has established mechanisms for identifying and fulfilling its obligations and for its continuous improvement.
The Integrated Management System:

Describes the operational and support processes of the Organization.

Defines the mechanism for determining, monitoring and reviewing key performance indicators and related objectives.

Establishes communication channels within the Organization to facilitate the flow of information.

Provides control over the core functions of the Organization.
The Management and staff are dedicated to implementing the IMS and continuously improving the services provided for the benefit of the clients.
Goals:

Meeting patient requirements and fulfilling contractual obligations.

Timely and effective resolution of patient complaints.

Managing suppliers and subcontractors through contract maintenance and monitoring.

Providing the infrastructure necessary for the effective implementation of the IMS.

Retaining competent staff through training and development.

Maintaining direct and open communication among all staff members.
These goals are reflected in the policies, procedures, indicators and goals of Ygia Polyclinic and are followed by both management and staff. Their achievement is monitored during internal audits by the IMS which involves implementing measures and defining controls.
