Δρ Βάσος Νικολάου

Dr. Vassos Nikolaou was born in Limassol and graduated from Laniteio Lyceum A’ of Limassol. He completed his military service from 1977 to 1979 and studied medicine at the “Carol Davila” University of Bucharest. After graduating, he worked as a trainee doctor at the General Hospitals of Limassol and Nicosia and was registered with the Cyprus Medical Council, after his degree was recognized through examinations by DIKATSA. He initially specialized in General Surgery and subsequently in Otorhinolaryngology at the Asklipieio Hospital of Voula, obtaining his specialty in 1995, with additional training in plastic surgery and neurosurgery.

After completing his specialty, he worked in private clinics in Athens and subsequently at the General Hospital of Chalkida. In 2003, he was appointed to the General Hospital of Limassol, with a secondment to the General Hospital of Paphos in 2006 and a return to Limassol in 2007. From 2014, he assumed the duties of Head of the ENT Clinic, while from 2018 until January 2025 he served as Assistant Director of the ENT Clinic of the General Hospital of Limassol. He is a member of the Hellenic Otorhinolaryngological Society of Head and Neck Surgery.
