Dr Maria Vergoulidou

Dr Vergoulidou operates as a self-employed doctor in private practice in Limassol, Cyprus, since June 2018. Previously, from April 2016 to January 2018, she served as a Consultant and head of the day-care oncology unit at Dietrich Bonhoeffer Klinikum in Neubrandenburg, Germany. 

Her extensive training and residency include positions as a Resident and Consultant at Charité Medical University in Berlin, Germany, from August 2007 to March 2016, and as a General Practitioner at the General Hospital of Serres and Health Care Center of Rodolivos, Greece, from March 2006 to July 2007. Dr. Vergoulidou-Stylianides holds a Diploma of Medicine from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, and earned her PhD 'magna cum laude' from Charité Medical University, Berlin, Germany, in June 2012. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Hematology and holds numerous certifications in specialized medical fields such as ALS and clinical oncology. Her research and advisory roles have contributed significantly to the field of medical oncology, evidenced by her memberships in several prominent medical societies and numerous publications in respected journals.
