Dr Toula Siamisi-Andreou

 She graduated from the Department of Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with honors in 1992. She worked at the General Hospital of Limassol as a preregistration doctor between March and September 1993. In December 1993 she started her specialty in Pediatrics at the Hospital for Special Diseases in Thessaloniki, Greece, where she remained until June 1995. She then continued her residency at the Karamandanio Pediatric Hospital of Patras, Greece, which was completed in April 1998. During her residency she conducted postgraduate level research at the Pediatric Endocrinology Department of the University Hospital of Patras on the subject of "Thyroid disease in children with Mediterranean Anemia” which resulted in a conference publication. She received her specialty in Pediatrics in January 1999. In March 1999 she opened her own practice in Limassol, Cyprus, where she works until today. In addition, in 1999 she worked for a period of 6 months as a substitute pediatrician (non-permanent position) at the Limassol General Hospital.
