Dr Andros Charalambous

Dr. Charalambous has been working as a General Surgeon since December 2004 to the present day.
He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina in 1998 and completed his training in General Surgery (Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus) in 2004.
He has been awarded a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Athens (Study of Oncogene Expression in Gastric Cancer, with distinction – Excellent) since 2004, and he also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Units Management (with distinction – Excellent) since 2012.

He performs a wide range of surgical procedures, with specialization in laparoscopic surgery (thyroid and parathyroid surgery, breast surgery, hepatobiliary-pancreatic surgery, esophagus-stomach procedures, diaphragmatic hernias, trauma and polytrauma patients, critically ill patients, postoperative hernias, inguinal hernias, colon and rectal surgery – fistulas, hemorrhoids, fissures, abscesses, laser use).
