Visiting Hours

 

We welcome and encourage patient visits by family and loved ones, as this can positively speed up the guest's recovery.

As a result of our registration under the General Health Care System (GHS)

-    Entrance in YGIA POLYCLINIC's premises is allowed only with presenting the negative results of  a RAPID TEST (48hrs)

-    Allowed number of visitors1 visitor per visitation per patient

-    The maximum number of visitors per patient per day is 2. 

 

  • 2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor Ward visiting hours: 16:00-20:00
  • Intensive Care Unit: 17:00-18:00

Children under 12 years old are not allowed during visiting hours.

We keep in mind that having a hospitalized child can be emotionally challenging, so if 1 person (parent or guardian) would like to stay overnight, let staff at the ward know to make your overnight stay comfortable for you.  Do not hesitate to also ask for the menu of the day, so that you can enjoy lunch and/ or dinner.

Bringing food and drinks for the patient should be avoided, unless it is approved by the attending Physician.  All meals provided are in accordance to the dietary needs of the patient.

To ensure the privacy of the patient, all visitors should leave the room while the guest is being examined by the attending Physician or being treated by the medical and nursing staff.

 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
